About Our Assembly Service

There are many reasons why a customer may ask us to assemble parts on their behalf. The main cause is down to time constraints. Having us take care of the assembly for you not only leaves you free to concentrate on your other projects, but it can also drastically reduce your lead times. This can save you a lot of time and money.

In addition, allowing us to assemble your components can help simplify your supply chain and ensure that your products make their way to market faster.

We will take care of all elements of the assembly process, so you don’t need to worry. Even if there are occasions where your component needs non-injection moulded parts, we’ll source them on your behalf and put everything together so you receive a completed component that matches your exact specifications and requirements.

    Agreement

    We’ll get to know your exact requirements and devise a solution that works. We will also investigate if your project requires us to source additional materials.

    Assembly

    Our specialist teams will create and mould entire kits based on your specifications. We’ll then assemble everything on-site, including any external parts.

    Delivery

    Once your component is completed, we’ll use our approved courier partners to ensure you receive your products safely and according to your schedule.
