What is injection-moulding?
Injection-moulding is a manufacturing process for producing identical plastic parts. It is suitable for low to high volumes and small to large parts. Plastic polymers are available to suit every application for the final component, according the need for strength, durability, conductivity, aesthetic finish, fire rating, etc.
Before we can make the plastic components, we need an injection-mould tool, as this is the mould which defines the unique shaped part. An injection-mould tool can be designed to produce a single part, multiple impressions of identical, mirrored, or different components.
Every client seeks components which are unique to their requirements. We will help optimise the process to create the finished part in the most efficient and effective way.

Oil & gas
We mould in a very wide variety of materials, sourced from around the world. These include filled and unfilled ABS, acetals, acrylics, nylons, polycarbonates, polypropylenes, peek and ultems, but we also use some highly specialist materials with ‘extreme’ attributes in relation to flame retardancy, electro-conductivity or operational temperature ranges.
We can help identify the material best suited to your final application and required aesthetic attributes.
We have a broad range of moulding machine sizes, from 35 tonnes to 300 tonnes.
This allows us to manufacture parts which are very small, lightweight and potentially delicate through to larger, heavier parts.
Where required, we can introduce a variety of different additives, such as anti-microbial, anti-static, UV stabiliser, siloxanes and colouring agents.

We’ll use our vast Mouldshop and unrivalled expertise to create your bespoke Moulds. We can use a variety of materials from ABS and acrylics to nylons and polycarbonates.
Once your product is complete, we’ll thoroughly check it according to our high standards before delivering it to you using our dedicated courier partners.
