’On the back of a significant year for growth at Dudley Associates we now have a dedicated CNC facility to improve lead times for all our clients. We have invested in another Roder’s Hi speed Machining Centre and a Roders Automation system. This means our RXP500 and our new RXP801 will work 24-7 utilising the newly developed RCM the ‘Roder’s Automated Robotic Linear Handling system’. The Roder’s machines have a spindle speed of 42000 rpm for high precision machining.
Our ‘state of the art’ precision toolmaking facilities and Injection Moulding factory are the foundation of everything we do here at Dudley Associates, working from a viewpoint of quality, backed up by our inspection process so you can be assured your plastic precision parts are within tolerance and perform as well as you would expect.
