Dudley Associates is one of the UK’s leading precision toolmaking and plastic injection moulding specialists. With almost 30 years’ experience, we provide an all-encompassing service that you can rely upon.

Our Team
Andrew, Chairman
Andrew is co-owner of Dudley’s parent company. His involvement with the company started in 2008 on a Non-Executive basis until a Management Buy-Out in 2016.
Andrew has extensive experience in all areas of company finance and strategy after 30 years in Manager or Director Roles, including for several international groups, and Management Consulting. He also has other business interests including global insurance/reinsurance and commercial property.
He lives in the Cotswolds and his spare time is often spent at athletics meetings as a qualified Field Official or enjoying a round of golf.

John, Works Director
John is responsible for all the company’s operations. He was an integral part of the Management Buy-Out in 2014, has been with the business for nearly 20 years and a Director since 2006.
He has been a tool-maker for over 40 years, from apprentice to time-served expert, and involved in injection-moulding for over 25 years.
Using his expertise in both a hands on approach and from a more managerial aspect, John is always busy and constantly offering his very knowledgeable assistance to both customers and colleagues alike.
In his spare time, John enjoys travel, fishing and golf, mostly combining the travel with either fishing or golf, or both!

Carin, Admin
Carin joined us around 6 years ago and has become a critical member of the team.
As administrator, Carin is a main point of contact for both customers and colleagues alike, as well as suppliers. Most of our customers will get to know Carin well, and so will our supplier as her role concerns processing incoming sales orders/enquiries and procurement, which is vital to the smooth running of the organisation.
Carin thrives on the variety of tasks keeping the schedules on track and is very good at it too!
In her spare time, Carin loves nothing more than spending time with her Grandchildren, eating Carrot Cake or having a well-deserved rest in her Caravan.

Christina, Administration Assistant
Christina has been with us for 10 years and her role has developed beyond her imagination. She is a Super-User for our ERP system, which we implemented early in 2019.
This makes her a key go-to contact with most procedures – and we are still encountering scenarios for the first time.
She says that she loves her job because it is never dull; she is always busy and gets to liaise with every department. Of course, she also gets involved in everything unusual and challenging.
When not working or looking after her young daughter, Christina enjoys a social life with her partner and friends, sometime venturing out for a drink or a meal.

Kevin, Design Manager
Kevin has been in the industry for 36 years and with our firm for 21 years. For the past 12 years, Kevin has lived in New Zealand; unusual, but it works surprisingly well.
Kevin works with clients to help ensure new tools are optimised for the injection-moulding process to follow. He says the role stays interesting after all this time because he works with clients from so many different industries with such a wide variety of needs and wishes.
Hobbies include fishing in his 6m boat, cruising around in his MGF and restoring his MK2 Jag!

Anil, Finance Manager
Anil has been with us for 12 years and looks after our finances and administrative
procedures, amongst other things. Far from dull, Anil and his role is crucial to our business.
At the simplest level, he covers payroll, invoices, credit control, month-end reporting and all
the normal HMRC submissions. He is also the first contact for Human Resources matters and
any medium-term contact purchasing, such as energy sourcing and leasing not to mention IT
issues, planning & implementation.
Rather than hiding behind a keyboard, he enjoys his contact with clients & suppliers, and
being thrown a seemingly strange idea to consider. Whilst the job title has remained thesame for 10 years, the role has certainly developed to keep it interesting.
When not engrossed in figures and reports for demanding bosses, he is a DIY enthusiast with
a keen interest in motorsports and music.

Paul, Production Manager
Brett has been with us for 4 years now, at first as an Injection Moulding Technician, and now as our Production Manager.
Having previous experience as Production and Works manager, Brett is the perfect fit.
Always happy and eager, Brett loves the diversity of the jobs we do.
When not perfecting the moulding processes and running the mouldshop, he enjoys fishkeeping of the marine kind! His spare time is spent with his wife, 3 children and of course, his beloved fish.
Mark, CNC Team Leader
Mark started with us as a Trainee Toolmaker seven years ago and progressed to CNC Team Leader in 2019. In addition to hands-on expertise, Mark is adept at coping with the details of multiple projects on the go at any one time.
A typical day for Mark would entail programming for machining new tools, managing the team, planning & allocating tasks, and liaising with the other areas of the tool-making team.
Mark is rarely in direct contact with clients but is still excited to hear they are happy with the outcome of his work.
After work, you can find Mark in the gym and then relaxing at home with his partner and family, having a well-deserved rest.

David, Toolroom Supervisor
David joined us in 2016 after 41 years in the Engineering industry and has proved to be as dependable as he is experienced.
He loves the fact that his role means he is always busy, whether it be assessing the progress amongst various projects, monitoring first sample production, ordering the parts needed, scheduling machine priorities, scheduling maintenance or being a hands-on toolmaker.
When he isn’t hard at work, David loves to spend time with his children and grandchildren, cycling, reading or indulging his keen interest in music.
